10 Minute drive south of Tucson off Duval Mine Exit in Sahuarita. Community features two parks and is within walking distance of largest shopping complex in Sahuarita.
This is a small neighborhood of 100 homes. Pepper Viner Homes, a local builder, broke ground with some of the first homes in this community. Then the national builder, DR Horton, came to finish out the community.

This little niche offers some of the best value for the money in the Area. You can walk to Wal-Mart shopping center, or jump on the interstate and be in Tucson in under 15 minutes.
A little Trivia, Rancho Abrego is actually a part of Sahuarita. However, the mailing address is Green Valley. This community is covered by local fire and police department. The cutoff for Sahuarita Juristiction is Duval Rd which is immediately south of Rancho Abrego II.
