Staging pulls people into those spaces.
Additionally, a space has to speak to them. Empty spaces say nothing.
Three simple steps to stage a bedroom
- Prop up airbed on cardboard boxes.
- Make bed with pillows and comforter.
- Optionally place nightstands adjacent bed.
A nice piece of canvas art and nightstands will add a little more flare to the room.
I also like to stage with a bed that is a bit smaller than the space warrants.
This helps show off the space as well as what it’s for.
