I can’t thank you enough for all the time and effort you put in helping me with the sale of the house. I’ve had bad luck with houses and Realtors in the past, and this time I feel like we hit it right out of the park. I had talked to several agents, and after speaking with you I felt really at ease. I just wanted to work with an agent that would shoot me straight, communicate, and be proactive. In choosing to work with you, I got way more!

I was apprehensive about doing the upgrades but after talking with you and various contractors, I’m glad that we took a proactive approach with some of the remodeling. It set my house apart from almost all the rest.

I was also impressed with the amount of analysis and research you did on market conditions, and the length you went to (on your own dime) to advertise and put the house out there. I feel like this was one thing that really set you apart. I wanted proactive and I got it working with you. Seeing the lengths you went to, to help me while I was more than 2,000 miles away was truly impressive.

All the effort you put forth was nothing short of commendable. I really can’t thank you enough. In the end I came out with almost $39,000 up (mind blown!). Since the sale of the home, I’ve eliminated all my debt. It’s an amazing feeling having that weight gone… It’s nice to be stress free. You saved the day.
