Madera Reserve is a community of custom built homes on larger lots. The community is situated on the East side of Green Valley.
Madera Reserve is as I feel communities should be, beautiful, untouched, integration with nature and community. Conveniently located for easy access to shopping and commute to Tucson.
I find myself having little to say which is actually a great thing! Normally I’d have a laundry list of community amenities, all a liability, and ongoing expense. Here the community amenities are minimal as I feel they should be. Madera Reserve is instead focused on natural beauty of the area with trails and access to public lands instead of private parks and pools.
The quality of home here is unsurpassed and ranges in features from smaller second homes to spacious luxury homes and everything between. Madera Reserve is not a track home community where every home looks the same. These homes are all custom with few duplicate builds.

Madera Reserve sits above the valley affording great views of the Santa Rita Mounts to east. It’s perfectly situated to experience. Mountain sunsets afford the most beautiful anti-solar rays there, made famous by the Arizona state flag.
Where is Madera Reserve?
I call this area the Beverly Hills of Green Valley. It has larger more luxurious homes on spacious lots. Also craftsmanship is excellent in these homes. Most having higher end building materials and finishes.
