This is the FIRST home Michelle and I staged together. I came out AWESOME. I especially love the red chair in the living room. Really made the space pop. Since I’ve learned tons about staging homes.
Really your goal is to NOT distract people from the space but add to it in such a way that they understand what each area is for.
Well I can say Michelle did that and more. We had this home staged for two weeks during which I held it open and got an offer to purchase. Unfortunately, the folks didn’t qualify so we are setting back up the staging again.
