This residence was refinished in a desert tan stucco exterior. There are two other similar builds in Desert Meadows 1. Each having a unique style of their own.
They feature a durable slump block construction. Many of the homes in this community are also topped off with a flat roof. The flat roofs use a pitched membrane to shed water off the structure. They are extremely simple, effective, and inexpensive technology.

There is a high mineral content in the water here (aka hard water). Mineral deposits form on metal pipes and plumbing fixtures. Performance of metal plumbing systems can degrade over time without additional care.
