There were some lots left in Rancho Resort’s Madera village after the other builders closed up shop. DR Horton came in and built single story bungalows, they refer to as Express Homes.

The homes came with very few options in the way of upgrades or floorplan alterations. Instead they came nicely equipped. You’ll find granite kitchens, maple cabinets, stainless appliances, tiled wet areas, and all the common upgrades folks have come to appreciate in their homes today.
