This form provides me the information I need to fill out your paperwork and know how to best help you. Please fill it out as soon as possible so I can get started researching your sale.
Step 2 Review the listing paperwork

Step 2 Obtain disclosures from your HOA
Additional disclosures need completed if your property is in a home owner association (HOA). The HOA provides these for you and most will only speak with homeowners (not agents). You will have to obtain these forms directly from your HOA. More info below:
