What’s better than getting a home on Christmas? Getting a letter from Laura for helping her on Christmas. Laura had found me online, she wanted to get a house with a little more space, peace, and quiet.
So our search began. We looked a several home before we found the perfect place. This home was on a half acre towards end of city street which leads to hiking paths in Tucson Mountains.
We were both worried this listing would sell quick. It was a government owned HUD home and very well priced. In fact, there were people there waiting to preview when we looked at it. I wrote the offer for Laura and got her under contract on Christmas day!
I knew we could get that competitive edge by working on Christmas day. A few weeks later Laura closed on her home, and has lived there since. We chat from time to time and she even cared for another client of mine at her work.
