The plan we sold was the Oakmont in Quail Creek, an active adult community in Green Valley Arizona. This plan is no longer offered by the builder but can be purchased as resale.
The Oakmont features elegant architectural touches you seldom see anymore. We see builders phasing out vaulted ceilings, wall niches, arched doorways, and mantles in favor of easier to build square structures.
Fortunately, there’s 65 of these homes that were built before the plan was discontinued.
